Simple Affirmation for Grounding
Many of our members have tried this great technique.
First, close your eyes, and place one hand over your heart and one hand on your tummy.
Take a deep breath, deep enough to physically move your hand with your tummy and then slowly exhale.
While doing this you can count your breaths and repeat this mantra.
Try to do this as often as possible but at least once or twice a day. If you are going through a difficult time why not make this your phone background as a gentle reminder that you are worthy!
